Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after processing. Times are estimates; carrier or customs delays can occur during peak periods.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Track anytime at https://trydormi.com/apps/parcelpanel.

Address accuracy. Please check your address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us, we'll arrange re-shipment (costs may apply).

Lost or delayed parcels. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email contact@trydormi.com and we'll help track it down.
